• Your answers and scores when you take the life balance assessment.
• Which sessions you book, which courses you join and how far you watch each lesson.
• Basic technical data such as your IP address and browser, used to keep the site secure.

Why we use it

• To run the sessions and courses you sign up for and send you the details and reminders.
• To help Vasudha Ramesh prepare for your session using your assessment results.
• To protect the site from misuse.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the services that run this site (hosting, email delivery and Zoom for live sessions), and only as needed to provide them.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active and for up to 2 years after your last activity, unless the law requires longer.

Your choices

You can see and update your details in your dashboard. To get a copy of your data, correct it or have it deleted, email narasimhamurthysn101@gmail.com. You can stop session emails at any time.
